Dry Spell To Continue Till 15 January

Srinagar: The Kashmir Valley has been undergoing a prolonged dry spell for the last 45 days with the Meteorological Department predicting dry weather until January 15th. 
 
As per MeT official’s, Kashmir capital, Srinagar recorded a minimum temperature of- 2.4°C.
 
In South Kashmir’s Qazigund, the gateway town of Kashmir valley, a lowest of - 2.6°C temperature was recorded. Pahalgam, Kashmir’s famous tourist resort also recorded a low of - 4.4°C night temperature. While as Kokernag, also recorded a minimum of - 1.2°C temperature.
 
In North Kashmir’s Kupwara town a sub-zero temperature of - 4.5°C was recorded. Whereas Gulmarg, Kashmir’s famous skiing resort shivered at -3.2°C.
