Sonamarg: At least four bodies have been retrieved from the Sindh River in the Gagangir area of Sonamarg.
According to officials, four bodies have been retrieved from the river, and all the deceased persons are tourists.
An official stated that all the passengers in the vehicle, except for the driver, were tourists.
"Due to ongoing heavy rains in the area, the retrieval operation has been called off until tomorrow," the official said.
The operation, jointly launched by the Police, Army's 34 Assam Rifles, Traffic Rural Police, Civil Administration, locals, SDRF, and NDRF, resulted in the retrieval of four bodies, he added.
