Srinagar: A 25-year-old youth was found dead on Saturday morning by the locals in the Rambagh area of Srinagar city.
The deceased has been identified as Salman Irshad Wani (25) son of Irshad ahmad Wani and a resident of Rambagh.
As per reports, he was found dead by locals this morning, who immediately informed the concerned police station about the incident.
Soon a police party reached the spot and took the body into their possession for legal formalities, an official said.
Cognisance has been taken and a case stands registered, he said.
