Halloween Crush Kills 120, Injures 100 In South Korea

At least 120 people have died, and 100 more were injured in a crush as a huge crowd gathered for a Halloween celebration in South Korea's capital, Seoul. 

However, It is not immediately known how the crush began. 
 
The celebration was the first outdoor no-mask Halloween event since the Covid-19 pandemic began, as per the media reports. 
 
A large number of people fell in a narrow alley during Halloween celebrations, Choi Sung-become, head of the Yongsan Fire Station, told Reuters. 
 
Halloween is celebrated by different countries on October 31, about halfway between the autumn equinox and winter solstice, and originated from the west. Contemporarily, it exists as a whole in the United States but it also had religious significance to the culture of the people who celebrate it.
