Kupwara: The National Investigation Agency of India along with J&K Police on Saturday seized the property of a slain Hizbul Mujahideen militant in the Kralpora area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
Bashir was recently shot dead by an unidentified gunman outside a shop in Pakistan.
An official said the property over 3 Kanals of land belonging to Bashir Ahmed Peer alias Imtiyaz Alam, who was recently killed in Pakistan has been attached.
He said Bashir was also declared a terrorist under the UAPA by the Union Home Ministry.
Bashir was living in Pakistan for more than 15 years.
