Rajouri: A consignment of arms, narcotics, and a suspected IED, has been recovered by Indian Army on the Line of Control in J&K’s Rajouri district.
The recovery has been made from Lam forward Saryah area in the Nowshera sector of the Rajouri district.
Officials said Army deployed on LoC in the Lam area made this recovery during an operation in the forward area.
They said that the recovered items include arms (pistols), narcotics (Heroine like substance), and another suspicious material which is believed to be an Improvised Explosive Device (IED).
