Tral/Wejbuar, April 25— Indian military personnel razed the homes of two alleged local militants in South Kashmir on the intervening night of Thursday and Friday, stating they were linked to the deadly Pahalgam attack.

Official sources told GNS that the house of Asif Sheikh in Tral, Pulwama, and that of Adil Thoker in Bijbhera, Anantnag district, were destroyed through controlled explosions.

“Both are accused of having played a role in the Baisaran assault,” the official said. “The decision to bring down the structures was taken after their involvement in the attack surfaced.”

Officials said the demolitions were carried out with safety protocols in place.

Authorities have not disclosed whether any arrests have been made in connection with the case.
