At least 221 pro-Russian troops and 210 Ukrainian military personnel have been killed in the last 24 hours while fighting for the city of Bakhmut on the front line in the Donetsk region.
As per media reports, Ukraine says 221 pro-Russian troopers have been killed and more than 300 wounded in 24 hours in the front-line city of Bakhmut.
However, Russia’s defense ministry said over 210 Ukrainian soldiers were killed in clashes in the broader Donetsk part of the front line.
Meanwhile, Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy accused Russia of shelling and killing three civilians in the southern Ukrainian city of Kherson.
