Bandipora: Two military troopers were injured in an ongoing operation in the Ranji forest area of North Kashmir's Bandipora district on Wednesday.
A top police officer stated, "Two army soldiers sustained minor injuries during the initial exchange of fire with militants."
Both are stable and are currently receiving treatment in a hospital, the officer added.
As of the time of filing this report, no information regarding the death of any militants in the gunfight has been received.
