Around 79 Palestinian people were killed and 86 injured in the past 24-hours taking the death toll to 34,262 people with 77,229 injured in Israeli attacks on Gaza since October 7.

According to reports, the Israeli military has asked tens of thousands of civilians in northern Gaza’s Beit Lahiya to ‘evacuate’ after they returned to their homes.

Reports also said that Israeli troops attacked the city with extreme force and order Palestinians to flee immediately.

In northern Gaza, explosions were heard as smoke rose in the neighborhoods of Al-Zaytoun, Al-Shuja'iya, Al-Tuffah, Al-Daraj, Tal Al-Hawa, and Al-Rimal, as reported by Wafa News agency.

An air strike was also reported in the central Gaza’s Al-Zawaida area and Bureij refugee camp injuring civilians.

Moreover, Israel's military has moved two combat groups from the north to south Gaza for other operations, raising fears of a possible ground invasion of Rafah city.

Latest reports suggest that the Israeli military vehicles stationed near the eastern border of the city of Khan Yunis fired dozens of shells towards the areas of Abasan, Khuza’a, and Al-Zinah.

Earlier, the Israeli military ordered the displacement of Palestinian civilians from northern Gaza to southern Gaza's Rafah, labeling it a "Safe Zone."

Over 1.4 million displaced Palestinians are sheltering in Rafah.
