Srinagar: Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL) announced on Monday that more power cuts would be implemented in the Kashmir valley ‘due to limited power availability.’
In a statement, KPDCL said, "There will be an unavoidable increase in power curtailment in the valley due to limited power availability."
The Corporation urged consumers to bear with the situation and ensure judicious use of power, particularly during peak hours.
"These restrictions will be eased once power availability improves,” it said.
"Please bear with us and ensure judicious use of power, especially during peak hours. Avoid exceeding sanctioned load/hooking," reads the statement.
