Israeli forces killed six Palestinians and injured 26 others during a raid in the occupied West Bank city of Jenin on Tuesday.
Three of the injured persons have serious injuries in the chest and pelvis, as per Wafa news.
The deceased were identified as Mohammad Wael Ghazawi, 26, Majd Mohammad Huseinieh, 26, Tareq Ziad Natour, 27, Ziad Amin Zareini, 29, Abdul Fattah Hussein Khrousheh, 49, and Mutasem Nasser Sabbagh, 22.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office said the troops had “eliminated” the gunman who last month killed two Israeli settlers in the West Bank.
Moreover, the Israeli military arrested three men, including two sons of a 49-year-old man killed in Jenin.
With the fresh killings, the total number of Palestinians killed by the Israeli army has reached 73.
