Baramulla: A minor boy was killed by bear in Wagoora area of north Kashmir's Baramulla district, officials said on Monday evening.
The deceased has been identified as four-years-old Ehsan Ahmad Shah and a resident of Wagoora.
As per reports, he was playing outside his home when the bear attacked him and left him critically injured.
As he was taken to a nearby hospital, doctors declared dead on arrival.
He added that after medico-legal formalities the body was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites.
