New Delhi: As India has been reporting a 281% surge in Covid cases, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a meeting today in New Delhi to review the preparations for public health against the epidemic on Wednesday.
The high-level meeting was held at 4:30 pm.
Pertinently, two kinds of viruses (Influenza & Covid’s new variant) are spreading fast in India.
India has recorded 1,134 fresh infections, with the active cases rising to 7,026, according to the Union health ministry data updated on Wednesday.
Moreover, five fatalities were reported across India; one each in Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Gujarat, and Maharashtra while one fatality was reconciled by Kerala.
